Description
The hatch is used where requirements are set for odor tightness, good sound attenuation, insulation, and where floor coverings on the hatch are not necessary.
• Quick access.
• The frame has a 10 mm visible edge.
• Wall anchors in the entire circumference of the frame.
The lid is produced in different versions:
A: Load A15 kN. Has lowered lifting sleeve and gasket mounted on the underside of the lid – which is in pressure against the frame (bottom gasket). Top gasket prevents dirt from getting between the hatch and the frame from the top of the hatch.
B: Load A15 kN. As variant A, but has also hinged safety grille and spring lock.
C: Load A15 kN. As variant B, but is also hinged, and has gas springs for easy operation and sealing strip.
D: is equal to A with load B125 kN
E: is equal to B with load B125 kN
F: is equal to C with load B125 kN
The safety grille on variants B, C, E and F is hinged to the frame (optional side) and can be lifted out.

Materials:
• Extruded aluminum frame.
• Extruded aluminum lid and seawater-resistant aluminum floor plate.
Core material – polystyrene or thermoplastic.
• Packing of TPE.
• Surface treatment: Aluminum.
Opening:
The lid and frame are conically adapted and can be opened using the recessed lifting sleeve and the included lifting handle.
Assembly:
• Sand/groove into the recess, calculate 50 mm on all sides of the plaster, or cast in with the surface.
When mounting, the lid must be closed and clamped in the frame. This is to prevent leaking lids due to torsional twisting.
Wash off any spills from damp concrete/plaster as soon as possible, as this otherwise gives etch marks that can only be removed by mechanical brushing after drying.
Description of variants:
The type designation ends after A, B, C, etc. – with a number that indicates how many lids there are in the frame.
Example: KLF162162C2 states that the lid has equipment degree C and that there are 2 lids in the frame.
Special sizes can be made on request.
