Description
NO Lacquered inspection hatch for walls and ceilings in environments that require good design
Used in plaster and slab walls/ceilings for:
• Quick access to pipes, fittings, valves, and electrical connections mounted in the wall/ceiling.
• The frame has a 10 mm surface-mounted flange with a thickness of only 1.5 mm.
• The hatch does not have a waterproof design.
Varnishing/surface treatment:
• White, scratch-resistant, 2 component, Autotransport polyester lacquer, glossy.
Primed with white etching primer.
• Other colors can be delivered at an additional cost.
Materials:
• Aluminum frame.
• Alusink lid with acetal quick release locks.
• 4 corner slats made of aluminum zinc.
• 4 plate screws, 4.8×50, zinc bellows.
• Packed individually in shrink plastic.
Operation/locking:
Opening and closing is done by 90 degree rotation of acetal quick locks.
4 pcs up to dim 400×400,
6 pcs up to dim 500×500.
The locks can be operated without special tools.
Assembly:
Perpendicular holes are made in the wall/ceiling according to the recess dimensions in the table. Nailing is not necessary.
• In the plate wall, use the 4 supplied corner brackets and 4 supplied screws with cross grooves.
• In masonry walls or recesses with nails, use the 4 enclosed corner brackets by nailing them to the recess. Nails not included.
Electric screwdriver is recommended.
